Listen to what our client's have to say

Having a number of concussions and sports-related accidents had impacts on multiple parts of my body, Aside from the physical pain and structural scoliosis that occurred from impact, my
hormones and vitamin levels were off. The holistic approach that Living Well Balanced takes managed to cover all these needs with an exemplary level of care.

In my opinion, what sets Living Well Balanced apart from other wellness clinics that I have been to is their communication. Not only does the staff take the time to talk through all aspects of
your care with you,
but they communicate with each other, ensuring that you receive a fluid and consistent level of care. It also allows them to pivot your entire treatment plan based on their
individual findings without disruption. Most importantly, the communication about how each facet of treatment effects your healing progression encourages the clients to approach their own
healthcare with a holistic mindset, ensuring maximum results.”

“Initially from Burn Boot Camp. As an aging, I desired to get more active, fit, & healthy. But knee surgery on the left knee(Torn ACL, meniscus), even after physical therapy, made many of the
exercises at Burn difficult.
Thanks to complimentary services at B8urn, I was introduced to Dr.P & his fantastic team. Not only did Dr.P show me undiagnosed scoliosis, but he also showed me
how out of alignment my entire body was.
Foot orthopedics, neck stretching, & even a new pillow were just the beginning of my journey to better body awareness and health. Through intensive
PT, massage, stretching, adjustments, regenerative shots on both knees, nutrition/supplements, and diet coaching, I have never felt better in 55 years! Most importantly, I have used my resources
(time & financial) to avoid knee replacement or further surgeries . I have tried IV, cryo but hope to include more in the future. I was working in muscle/mind connection to exercise and live
properly. I love the entire team because they treat my whole body, mind, and spirit. “

As a Marine of 21 years, I have come to appreciate what teamwork can accomplish; be it big or small. About a year ago I arrived at the Living Well Balanced practice, at the insistence of my son
in law, Jerry and Daughter Christine. I was hunched over with back pain at the 9.5-10 level. The pain was continual, and I could not get a full nights’ sleep. After multiple exams by local spine
doctors, 2 cortisone shots, a number of physical therapy sessions, and an MRI, I was told I needed an operation to fix the problem.

Well, that was not for me… I instead I put my problem in the hands of Dr. Prakash – underwent a few adjustments (as I referred to them as back cracks); and the pain started to subside. Then came the team. Isaiah, who I refer to him as having x-ray fingers, knows exactly where to massage and stretch the total body, and the pain continued to decrease. The next week after some more adjustments, Eric pulled and stretched me and gave me afew exercises to do at home, and finally, with a pain level down to 5-6, I could finally get some regular sleep. The next session, this is when Jacquelyn performed the best deep massage in the world. I refer to her as having sonagram hands. She without fail, massaged my hip and shoulder in the right spot, bringing the pain threshold down even more. Back to the teamwork aspect, Dr
Prakash gives me an adjustment every time I have a session and secretly keeps track of my progress with his assistant Megan. Before I adjourn his office, to either stretching or massage he tells
the team what I need. At this time and of great importance, I don’t want to miss the efforts of Josh. He has been called in a few times to administer the magic shot of (Pain killer). His expertise in
getting it to the exact spot is amazing. Lastly before I quite this testimonial the front staff is the best. They always go above and beyond. I am always greeted by 4 sparkling eyes and the
warmest smiles. Appointment announcements are always emailed timely, especially for my forgetful mind. Finally, a big gracious THANK YOU! My pain level is down to 0.5, sleeping all
night without pain, Semper fi “arruga”- That’s Marine talk for – Always faithful THANKS.

“I was suggested to see the team at Living Well Balanced to deal with an acute shoulder injury in the fall of 2018. Upon arrival the team did a thorough review of my situation and came up with
a game plan to help(and ultimately did relieve the pain). This was just the beginning however, by getting a more in depth top-to-bottom review I was able to determine that there were a few
things that had been “holding me back” from working out at a hard/HIIT level for several years.
They first determined that my pelvic/hip alignment was dramatically off. I was not even aware of this however through them asking me questions I was able to begin to realize this had been
something going on for quite a long time. I in fact did have pain in my hips while walking/running and had shy’d away from these and other exercises over the previous 3-5 years. I have always
been active but was starting to notice a “late 30’s” decline which I assumed to just be “normal.” Once I received the first adjustment I immediately knew that was not the case, there were things
that could be fixed within me to help me be in less of the aforementioned pain.
After several weeks of full body adjustments I found that I was once again able to walk, run and jump in ways that I had not done in almost a decade. The thought that I could once again regain
the body posture, stability and strength I had in the past could be restored. This led to me begining an almost 2 year journey of working towards where I now stand today. I have lost
approximately 20+ lbs and dropped from 25.5% to 15.7% body fat(a 40% decrease). These are numbers I do not recall ever seeing in my entire adult life. This was done so through working out
that my increased mobility cause, also ultimately leading to an increase in skelatal muscle mass at the same time was was losing weight.
I have leveraged many services to help move and keep my body in peak condition. Stretching, Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Massage and IV therapy have all contributed to where I am today.
The IV therapy has noticeable positive results as seen in my full body/fitness tracker made by Whoop. For 2-4 days following an IV cocktail my HRV, sleep and resting heart rate numbers are
optimal.
The entire team at LWB has been active in assessing, suggesting and implementing protocols for me that have helped to create what is now the best version of my adult self. I am on a path now
that will never go back to the ways of the past and without the team I do not believe that I would have ever achieved these results, which to me, are unbelievable.
Thank you to everyone that has assisted me along the way. I am not done, in fact I now feel like i am “just getting started” and look forward to the next 10 years of my life. I fully expect to be in
better shape at 40, 45 and 50, than i am today at 39. The results obtained, by following instruction, are far better than i would have ever expected to have reached in this amount of time, and at my current age!”
