Devonte Everette

My name is Deonte Everett. I am a NASM-CPT with a focus on functional movements and strength for both athletes and seniors. My passion for this focus of fitness comes from my family. I come from a sports family with a focus on basketball with me and all my brothers playing high school & some form of college basketball. I even took that passion to run multiple basketball camps where I gain that love of helping people improve. I was also able to get the opportunity to also help with lacrosse and soccer camps overseeing conditioning.

When it comes to my focus on my senior cliental, that comes from my mother who was dealing with chronic pain in her pain in her back and knees. This made me what to find a way to help her be able to live her life pain free which led me to learning how to strengthen the body with many liabilities. Also, the correct and safe way to preform exercises with the basic functional movements. Which has had a big change on how she feels and how she able to enjoy more activities. My goal in this field is to get as many people as possible to understand the importance of strength and functional movements translate to athletic and daily life. For the athlete, this leads to less injury allowing them to be able to improve and preform longer in their sport. For everyone else, when we start getting older the best way to be able to enjoy our later years is to make sure our body is strong and learn how our body should move. One small injury or misalignment of our body will lead to more and more problems down the road which cost us in both time and money. My style is very vocal and hands with my clients. I look at us as
a team and I will give 100% to this team to reach our goal. All I ask in return is effort and commitment. As a former athlete, I understand the up and down of trying to get better at anything is difficult to do but I also know when you are going through that with someone else it becomes a lot easier to push through. I am here to be that person for you and be that person to
give that extra push to reach that goal weather it is being ready for season or being able to play with your grandchildren with no pain.

I am ready when you are ready to join my team.
