Your health care objectives – and our recommendations to achieve them – are our number one priority and in order for us to serve you and others (and respect the time our Team puts in to providing you with a high standard of service), we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:
1. Every session is based on a pre-determined time with the service you have scheduled. To get the most out of every session, we want you to be ready to start on time.
2. We ask you to give a minimum of 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling fitness training, stretching, nutritional consultations, all medical services, cryotherapy and massage therapy. In these cases, please contact the office 24-hours before the scheduled appointment by calling the office directly at 919-926-8890 or emailing the front desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and is a courtesy that should not be abused. Our office keeps a record of rescheduled appointments. If we suspect abuse of this courtesy the convenience of scheduling your multiple appointments may be revoked.
3. Calling to reschedule your appointment AFTER it was scheduled to start will be considered a no-show. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, without giving us any notice, it is also considered a no-show.
4. For all cancellations and reschedules beyond 24-hours, no-shows, or arriving more than 15-minutes late, there is a $40 fee for 60-minutes of each service, which will be deducted from the credit card you provide. We request your credit card information as a guarantee of payment.
